Send your request
Email ryan@moolah.so from the email address associated with your Moolah account. Include the mobile number on the account, with its country code, so we can locate and verify the correct account.
Do not send your password, bank login, one-time code, full account number or transaction details. We may ask you to complete an identity check before a sensitive request is accepted.
What happens next
- Moolah first stops and withdraws any connected Open Banking access that still applies.
- A confirmed deletion request starts a 30-day recovery period. You can ask us to cancel the deletion during that period.
- After the recovery period, Moolah deletes the supported product-data graph and account identity once provider, shared-household, storage and legal-retention checks pass.
- Narrow billing, accounting, security, dispute or regulatory records may be retained only where required, then removed under the applicable retention schedule.
Delete connected data without deleting your account
You can remove supported connected-finance data without deleting your Moolah account. Open Settings and choose Delete linked data. Where Connected banks is available, open the connection and choose Remove consent & delete data. This withdraws the applicable bank access and starts deletion of the supported connected-bank data.
Subscriptions are managed separately
Deleting your Moolah account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple, Google or another subscription provider. Cancel the subscription through the provider where you purchased it.
